TEC maintains an enriched gauge room comprising of instruments and gauges necessary for inspection and quality control. All instruments and gauges are of reputed make. They are maintained and calibrated as per Calibration Schedule.

TEC works on well defined PROCESS PLAN for its manufacturing activity of each product. Quality Assurance Plan includes - Inward material inspection, in-process / stage inspection and final inspection of product, Verification of Packing and Dispatches. Soundness of material is assured by variety of tests like:

* Dye Penetration Test
* Impact Test (for ductile iron)
