Double Lip Seal is used with SNA, SNH and SNL housings. It is split  type, which makes mounting and dismounting simple. It is made of  poly-urethane (synthetic rubber), a wear-resistant material with  excellent resilient properties.

 Double Lip seal is designated as TG or TSNA 500G & TSNA 600G

 It can be used with grease lubrication at peripheral speeds up to 8  meter/sec. The maximum permissible misalignment of the shaft is  approximately 1degree. for a shaft diameter up to 100 mm and 0.5.  degree for larger size. It is recommended that the surface roughness  of shaft should not exceed Ra=3.2 micro mm for better efficiently of  seal.

 Double Lip Seals are suitable for temperature range of -1000 C to  4000 C, axial shaft displacement and vertical mounting, but unsuitable  with oil lubrication. They are suitable for all external conditions like  dust, sand, grit, sharp objects, chippings, splinters, splashing fluids  and sunshine.
